Alberto Ferrarini has over 6 years of experience in distressed investing and special situations. Prior to joining Nextalia, he worked as Vice President at Apeiron Management, Italian distressed investing platform partner of Apollo Global Management, where he was responsible for the execution and underwriting of investment opportunities.

Previously, he gained investment banking experience at Rothschild and real estate experience at Prelios.

From 2022, he’s lecturer of Corporate Valuation and Data Management courses at SAF Triveneta and SAF Emilia Romagna.

Alberto holds an MSc in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
