Alberto Vigo has over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a particular focus on M&A, Leveraged Finance and Restructuring. During his career working within large banking institutions, he completed over 70 transactions and became one of the most esteemed and renowned investment bankers across the Italian SME market.

Prior to joining Nextalia, he was Head of Italy at DC Advisory, Head of Mid Corporate at Mediobanca, Partner at Vitale & Co and Head of Leveraged Finance Italy at Credit Suisse. He also worked at ABN AMRO, UBS and JP Morgan.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
