Davide Romeo has over 5 years of legal experience in banking and financial sector, with specific focus on litigation, and in the field of internal investigation concerning unfair business practices and breach of internal corporate procedures.

Prior to joining Nextalia, he worked as a private practice lawyer in several international law firms, including Eversheds Sutherland and Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria.

Davide graduated in Law from Università degli Studi di Trieste and holds a LL.M in International Business Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles. He was admitted to the Italian Bar.
