Leonardo Adessi has over 10 years of experience in distressed investment and special situations. Prior to joining Nextalia, he worked as Director at Apeiron Management, Italian distressed investing platform partner of Apollo Global Management, where he was responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of investment opportunities.

Previously, he worked as an Associate in W Metrics, a leading Italian financial advisory boutique, and gained investment banking experience in Credit Suisse and Mediobanca.

Form 2016 he’s responsible for corporate finance courses and lecturer at SAF Triveneta and Emilia Romagna and from 2015 he’s a lecturer at Bocconi University.

Leonardo holds an MSc in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
