Leonardo Rubino has over 8 years of experience in distressed investing and portfolio management. Prior to joining Nextalia, he worked as Vice President at Apeiron Management, Italian distressed investing platform partner of Apollo Global Management, where he was responsible for the execution of investment opportunities and asset management.

Previously, he worked as a fund manager at BlackRock in the oversight real estate private equity division and worked as a legal in the corporate law and M&A team of K&L Gates and other international law firms.

Leonardo graduated in Law from Università degli Studi of Milan and holds a Master in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi.
