Lorena Ponti has over 16 years of experience in financial restructuring and business turnaround as advisor of underperforming companies.

In 2016, teaming with Valentina Roggiani, she founded PeR consulting, a consulting firm focusing on turnaround of underperforming companies. She served as Chief Restructuring Officer of several companies.
In her career she has acted as independent director for several companies and financial institutions.

Economics of Financial Markets & Institutions Master graduate from Bocconi University of Milan. She attended several training courses at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Sole24Ore Business School.
