Stefano Manghi has over 8 years of experience in private equity. Prior to joining Nextalia, he was an Investment Director at Armònia SGR, an Italian mid-market private equity fund, where he completed more than 10 platform acquisitions and add-ons in Italy and abroad, supervised the monitoring activities and contributed to the disposal of the portfolio companies.

He served on the Board of Directors of multiple portfolio companies and SPVs such as Gruppo Servizi Associati, Estendo, Arrigoni and Induplast.

Previously, he worked at R&S Investment, M&A boutique specialized in promoting turnaround deals on Italian assets.

He holds an MSc in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in Milan.
