Valentina Pippolo boasts 20 years of private equity experience gained at leading pan-European funds. She was Partner and Head of Italy at Bregal Unternehmerkapital and previously held the same role at Alpha Private Equity. During her career, Valentina has overseen transactions worth over €3bn in the Italian mid-cap segment.

In her previous experiences, in addition to originating and executing several transactions, she held various positions on the boards of directors of the portfolio companies, playing central roles in their development, management and monitoring.

She started her career in the Investment Banking division of Merril Lynch in London.

Valentina holds a degree in Business Administration from Maastricht University.
